Drawing on Team Science principles, participants will become team diagnosticians, capable of recognizing team strengths, weaknesses, and short-term needs. The course offers common, easy-to-understand team effectiveness principles and strategies that serve as a shared mental model for all team members. Upon completing the 12-hour certificate course of pre-course work and live virtual training, you will be able to apply newly learned techniques during rapid teaming. You will also be able to effectively train learners to become productive members of dynamic healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through rapid collaboration, communication, and coordination.
